Our Commitment

At RissyPoo Xpressions, every item is handmade with love and care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, design, or finish are normal and make each piece uniquely yours. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To start a return, email us at rissypooxpressions@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rissypooxpressions@outlook.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
