Handmade with Care
Every item at RissyPoo Xpressions is handmade to order. Please allow time for your item to be carefully crafted before it ships.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business daysafter payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available at checkout)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RissyPoo Xpressions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. You're also welcome to reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at rissypooxpressions@outlook.com before your order ships.
